I did report this scammer to the FBI internet crimes unit and received a case number for follow up. Make sure you keep all receipts, phone numbers and any other evidence that can be used to get these bad guys (and girls).
I finally Googled all the addresses given to me by Tony Alves and they were all hotels. So, make sure you Google everything that you are given as "proof" of your scammers reality!
